Title: It wasn't Photoshopped in

This is my favorite shot of lightning that I have ever taken. Photographed behind Mark's house during a huge storm. I think we are the only two people that don't run for cover when we hear the tornado sirens... instead we grab our cameras and start shooting the sky under the recessed lip of his roof. Of course its impossible to predict where lightning will strike, this was one of many shots that were taken over and over until we finally caught something, this one just happened to be incredibly closeby!

How is it everyone can capture that split-millisecond of lightning, and I can't, LOL.

Wonderful job. The fisheye really adds some dimension to this.

Ugh! Excellent shot! I'd love to go out and try my own luck at shooting lightning, but it hasn't rained here for a couple of months...
