Title: Return to Candyland

Capture Date/Time: August 22 1998
Camera: Nikon N70 35mm Film SLR
Lens: Tamron AF 28-80 F3.5-5.6
Film: Fuji Superia ISO 400 35mm Film
Flash: Built in Camera Flash (Rear Sync)
Scanner: HP PhotoSmart C5100 Film Scanner

Photo number 6 in my flashback to 35mm film series week. Next week I'll be returning to my more recent digital collection that all of you are used to. This is a photo of Geoff aka Pheelix dancing with glowsticks at an event called Return to Candyland which was at the Madison Expo Center in Wisconsin. The color streak effect was captured through using a rear curtain sync on the flash. So initially the shutter was open momentarily before the flash went off (which lights up the rest).

Nice effect. I always wondered what the different flash modes did. Great job on NOT overexposing this shot!
