Taken at the M5 Seamless fashion show last year. Two photographers (one from the Trib and one from the Red Eye) sharing a photog moment, also known as "chimping." For those of you who may not know what chimping is, it is when you look at your LCD screen on your digital camera and you make some sort of expression or noise after seeing the results, or go to the person next to you and make "oooo! oooo!" sounds like a monkey and feel compelled to share your LCD review image with them. I must say, I'm quite guilty upon relying on seeing my histogram after taking a shot to find out if i need to correct the exposure, after hearing there is an actual term call chimping though I try to be more discrete :) For more information on chimping, be sure to go to http://www.chimping.com/

I thought chimping referred to a mating ritual between photographers, so i was a little disappointed. but thank you for the edifying information.

At least he's chimpin' with a Nikon. But what's up with his outfit?? It's like he came straight from a 1980's sale rack at the Gap.
