It brings me much sadness to make a post like this, but those who pass away will only live on by not allowing them to be forgotten. In this photo are my two friends Jes (left) and Alicia (right). It was Alicia's 32nd birthday last Friday and that morning she had fallen off her bicycle in Wicker Park on the way to work and was run over by a truck. She will be greatly missed, she always knew how to live life to the fullest and did whatever it took to follow her passions in life.

Great photo, Archie. And that's exactly how I will always remember Alicia, with that very same smile. I didn't know her as well as I would have liked, but she seemed like a genuinely good-hearted young woman. Thanks for posting this photo.

Archie, I didn't know Alicia but I knew of her and her incredible audio work. I was stunned to hear the news. I just want to scream at the top of my lungs in rage because someone so talented and abviously so loved could be taken away way, way too soon.

What a tragedy. What a loss. I dated Alicia from 1996 through 2000. She was a one in a million person. I have never met anyone like her. She always had a glow about her. She taught me so much about life, love and how to know the world. She will never die in my heart. I trust she taught everyone similar lessons.
