Taken at the intersection of Damen and Milwaukee at the Around the Coyote Arts festival, I thought it was just too funny that yesterday Mike from http://www.mikesrightbrain.com/ had posted the same exact shot and angle yesterday on his site, I was like "hey I was gonna post that one yesterday too!" haha. Which means that he must've been in the same room that I was in earlier or later that day. Great minds think alike!

Archie your pic is awesome! We really must have been right behind each other because the color version of my shot has the same sunset-like shading. You really brought out the skyline very nicely! The interesting thing is that the traffic is piled up on North Avenue for you and Milwaukee for mine. Let's try to break into that building one of these evenings and see if we can get a night shot at the same angle!

I literally said, "Oh wow" when I saw your photo, Archie. I love all the action at the intersection, especially the person on the bike, and the colours are perfect. The sillouette of the city...wow. Really great shot. Oh, and...I looked back and forth between the two photos...some of the same cars are parked in both. ;)

Awesome shot. For someone who lives in a more rural area and does not have streets like this, your photo made me drool.

I love the red tinge, so warm. The city in the background is also great.

i love the lines on this one, man. great angle, you can see all the way down both streets. :) brings back memories of all those 3-pt perspective lessons in elementary art class

The street perspective is amazing. The red hue gives the feeling of a warm summers day. Add the stunning Chicago skyline. One of the images of the year!
