reminds me of the scene in My Best Friends Wedding when Roberts and Mulroney have the moment under the bridge that passes them by...don't know if the movie was filmed in Chicago though!

no those bridges are rarely up. they are major thoroughfares. It's just once a year, every rich douche and/or company gets that day to take their boat and dock it in the lake for the summer. it's such an inconvenience. but neat to watch.
