Title: PIER

Capture Date/Time: June 23 2007 12:17
Camera: Nikon D200
Lens: 17-55mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor
Focal Length: 38mm
Aperture/Shutter Speed: F/8 - 1/250 sec
ISO: 100
Flash: None

Taken during a boating excursion in Holland, Michigan. The perspective of this one makes the pier look like an island sitting in the middle of the lake.

FYI: Work calls for me to be in New Orleans during this week, there won't be too many updates for awhile.

Like this picture Archie, black and white can be so effective. It has an old look to it, could have been taken when I was young and that's going back a bit!

you're right, it looked like a stand alone structure in the middle of the water. I wouldn't have known, had I not read the info. Cool shot.

This is such a classic photo. Cold have been taken years ago. Lovely!
