I can only imagine how unpleasant it was to be in the dentist chair with these tools hanging from the wall back in the day... although the feeling is probably not too different for most people even today!

Cool shot, but wow..that's a lot of pointy objects. I get reversed polarity when I see things like that at the dentist. Then I remember that they know what they are doing(usually anyway).
